At Massilia, we believe food is more than something you eat — it's something you feel, share, and remember.
This season, we're doing something special. Something that goes beyond our usual menu. We're taking you to Naples — not literally, but close enough that you'll forget you're still in Bangkok.
Welcome to "Ricordi Di Napoli" (Memories of Naples) — a culinary journey in four acts, inspired by the streets, traditions, and soul of Italy's most passionate city.
Why Naples? Why Now?
As Thailand's top pizzeria since 2021 and recognized by 50 Top Pizza as one of the best in Asia and the world, we've spent years perfecting authentic Neapolitan pizza. But Naples is more than just pizza. It's generosity on a plate. It's Sunday lunch that stretches into evening. It's grandmothers arguing over the right way to fold a calzone.
We wanted to capture that feeling. That warmth. That chaos. That love.
So we created a menu that tells the story of Naples the way it deserves to be told — through four iconic dishes that define the city's culinary soul.
Ricordi Di Napoli — A Culinary Act in Four Scenes
Scene I — Margherita a Ruota di Carro

San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, basil, extra virgin olive oil
The wheel pizza. Huge, bold, crunchy, and beautifully simple. This is where tradition becomes emotion. Named after the traditional cart wheels of old Naples, it's meant to stop conversations mid-sentence and make you reach for another slice before you've finished the first.
Scene II — Pizza Salsiccia & Friarielli nel Ruoto

Fior di latte mozzarella, Italian sausage, turnip tops
Rustic. Generous. The kind of pizza Neapolitans make on Sundays when the whole family's over. Baked in the traditional ruoto pan, this is comfort food that doesn't apologize for being rich, hearty, and absolutely worth the food coma.
Scene III — Pizza Fritta

Ricotta, cooked ham, fior di latte, San Marzano tomato
Golden. Fried. Impossibly airy on the inside, crispy on the outside. This is street food elevated to an art form. The kind of thing you buy from a tiny shop in Spaccanapoli and eat while walking, trying not to burn your tongue because you couldn't wait for it to cool down.
Scene IV — Calzone al Forno

San Marzano tomato, fior di latte, Salame Napoli, basil, Parmigiano
A baked calzone inspired by neighborhood bakeries and family tables across Naples. Folded with care, stuffed with love, and baked until the crust crackles just right. It's the dish that makes you understand why Italians are so serious about food.
More Than a Menu — It's a Memory
This menu isn't simply created. It's performed — a celebration of Neapolitan culture, craft, and tradition. Every dish is made the way it would be in Naples, with the same ingredients, the same techniques, and the same belief that food should make you feel something.
As a top pizzeria in Thailand and part of the 50 Top Pizza global rankings, we've built our reputation on doing things the Neapolitan way. This menu is the next chapter in that story.
