Massilia — ranked #22 in the world by 50 Top Pizza — just expanded well beyond pizza. The new à la carte menu covers everything from fried bites to wagyu tomahawk, built from the same kitchen that earned a global ranking.
Here's what's on the table.
Bites and starters
Start with the Mozzarella in Carrozza — lightly melted fior di latte coated in crispy golden breadcrumbs. Simple, indulgent, gone in minutes. Or the Supplì Pomodoro e Mozzarella: fried carnaroli rice with a melting fior di latte heart.

For sharing, the Italian Cold Cut platter brings 24-month aged Parma Ham, Mortadella Bologna with pistachios, spicy Ventricina, and Tuscan Capocollo. The Cheese Platter features 18-month Parmigiano Reggiano, Gorgonzola, Taleggio, and French Goat Cheese with honey, walnuts, and pistachio.
The Mussels alla Provenzale deserve their own order — French mussels sautéed in a rich Italian tomato sauce with garlic and parsley, served with toasted house-made sourdough.

Pasta
This is where Chef Michele Fernando's Amalfi Coast roots show.
The Risotto Sea Food is the standout — creamy Carnaroli risotto in a rich seafood broth, finished with king prawns, calamari, clams, and mussels. A proper Mediterranean plate.

The Lobster Angel Hair pairs a whole Canadian lobster with homemade angel hair in organic tomato sauce. Built for sharing at 2,990 THB. Spaghetti Vongole with fresh clams in white wine. House-made Agnolotti filled with Italian sausage, ricotta, and Pecorino, sautéed with white onions. Rigatoni Napoli's Ragout with slow-cooked pork belly, ribs, sausages, and melted fior di latte.

Pizza

The wood-fired oven hasn't gone anywhere. The Margherita uses San Marzano tomato sauce and fior di latte mozzarella from Agerola. Bufalina with Buffalo mozzarella DOP from Campania.
Signature pies include the Norma Not Normal — named Pizza of the Year 2025 by 50 Top Pizza. Silky eggplant puree, crispy fried eggplant, fior di latte, shredded dry ricotta, and sun-dried tomatoes. Simple and earned its title.
The PZ Chistorra layers Spanish Manchego cheese with hand-crumbled crispy Spanish Chistorra sausage, Piquillo peppers, and smoked paprika. PZ Los Pollos Hermanos brings grilled chicken marinated in smoked paprika, finished with a garlic, lemon, and Thai coriander green sauce. Mortadella & Burrata with Bologna pistachio mortadella, fresh burrata, and pistachio pesto.
Calabria On Fire — Calabrian nduja, spicy salami, tarallo Calabrese crumble, and Thai bird's eye chili for those who want heat.
Gluten-free pizza available across the menu for an extra 100 THB.

Mains
Beyond pizza, the kitchen runs serious proteins. Australian Wagyu Tomahawk (Marble 5), starting at 5,600 THB. Rib Eye Wagyu from 1,625 THB. Grilled lamb chops with baby potatoes and baby carrots. Sea Bass en Papillotte — oven-steamed with white wine, capers, and black olives. Mediterranean red snapper with Taggiasca olives and anchovies in Italian tomato sauce.
Pork Chop in Milanese style, deep-fried crumbed with a cherry tomato and onion salad. Salsiccia alla Griglia with sautéed turnip tops.

Desserts
Cannolo Siciliano — crispy traditional pastry shell filled with sweet ricotta, chocolate chips, and pistachio crumbles. Graffa Napoletana — a fluffy Neapolitan doughnut with orange and lemon zest, fried golden, dusted in sugar, served with mascarpone cream.
Both are worth saving room for.

Kids menu
Tagliolini alla Bolognese, Penne Pomodoro, and a dedicated kids pizza section — Margherita, Cotto, Cotto e Funghi, Bianca, Salame Napoli. Dessert: ice cream with almond crumble.
