MASSILIA IS THE 8TH BEST PIZZA IN ASIA

The prestigious guide 50 Top Pizza has awarded for the first time in the same list – pizzerias from all over the Asia Pacific area and Middle-East: Dubai, Israel, Kuwait, India, Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, China, South Korea, Philippines, and Singapore.

It is our honour to have Massilia included in the “Top Ten Asia Pacific 2023” list by 50 Top Pizza for the fourth year in a row, ranking this time position #8, as “ TOP PIZZERIA THAILAND”. A special award, sponsored by Goeldlin has been given this year to Massilia, “Best Service 2023”. Massilia was the first one to introduce the concept of Gourmet Pizza in Thailand in 2015.

Master Pizza Chef Michele Fernando is heading the pizza station, introducing a light and fragrant pizza made of a mix of imported organic flours from different mills like Mulino Pizzuti and Mulino Marino. The dough is prepared with great attention to its leavening and digestibility of the product. The excellent raw materials selection coming from Italy plays the difference in our pizzas, topped off eventually with authentic Neapolitan Fior di Latte mozzarella or original Burrata of Andria, Apulia.

Pizzas feature classic toppings as well as more adventurous options. Continuous research and passion for raw materials have been driving pizza chef Michele, together with Co-Founder & Restaurateur Luca Appino, to the undisputed quality of our pizza.
